Why QC Nexus exists

Small and independent cleaning companies deserve the same level of service documentation and quality-control technology as large contractors without being forced into another expensive monthly subscription.

QC Nexus was created to make accountability useful for both sides: the cleaning company can prove the work it performs, and the client has a clear channel for communication and service concerns.

Frequently asked questions

Is QC Nexus really free?

Yes. QC Nexus is being released free of charge as open-source software under the MIT License.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. QC Nexus is self-hosted. You need compatible web hosting, but QC Nexus itself does not require a subscription.

Does it still create nightly reports?

Yes. Nightly reports remain part of the system, and the Monthly Service Overview summarizes the same service history at the end of the month.

Download it. Run it. Help improve it.

QC Nexus is being opened to the janitorial community so better service documentation does not have to mean another expensive software bill.
